Lichenoid drug eruption is a rare side effect which may occur following administration of several types medication. The pathogenesis lichenoid postulated to be due persistent activation CD8 T lymphocytes against epidermal cells. There were only few cases Amlodipine-induced reported in literature. Due the occurrence, this disease might overlooked and lead delayed diagnosis treatment. It vital for attending medical practitioner able diagnose as amlodipine was found most utilised medication used Malaysia according latest Malaysian Statistics on Medicine 2015-2016.We report case 60-year-old Chinese gentleman who presented with predominant oral lesions well cutaneous after initiation amlodipine.
